Malibu Rum Station Invasion Concert Tour Hits New York

The Caribbean came to New York when Malibu Rum transformed South Street Seaport’s Beekman Beer Garden Beach Club into an island getaway for their New York stop on the Malibu Rum Station Invasion Concert Tour making it the party of the summer.

Media and VIP Guests enjoyed some wonderful cocktails like the Liquid Sunshine, an unlimited supply of burgers, hot dogs and yummy hors d’oeuvres, a great performance by Ciara and hot tunes from DJ Skribble. We also got to get our first tastes of the new Malibu Black – a 70 proof darker-colored rum with a lighter taste of coconut. A strong but very smooth rum

Before Ciara’s performance, Malibu Rum Dancers entertained and danced with the vivacious party crowd – not that this crowd needed much to be in a party mood as Malibu Rum knows how to throw one heck of a party

DJ Skribble had guests dancing the night away as we sipped on the delicious Malibu Rum cocktails

But we also got a chance to get a shot of him enjoying himself before he got down to business

And the moment everyone was waiting for – not long after a fantastic fireworks display that almost rivaled 4th of July, Ciara hit the stage to a anxious crowd and rocked our socks off with her energetic performance

The appreciative crowd showed their love by giving a rousing applause – all in all, an amazing event. Thank you Malibu Rum, hope to see you next year.
