Nattily Equipped w/ My Ninja: Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Compact System Review

Since all men’s goals in the gym are different, I am writing this from a nutrition standpoint. What I’ve discovered (in my old age) is that exercise, brain function, and energy levels mean nothing without a honed diet. Thusly, your diet, exercising, stamina, etc, depends on proper rest and recovery to give your body (and waistline) an impartial fresh start. It’s all a full circle cycle that in these times of dietary, organic and GMO mayhem depends on what you decide to put in your mouth. Essentially, if you want to stay progressive and keep your clothing options as open as possible then maybe try a smoothie made with the Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Compact System, instead of a sweet roll.

Nutri Ninja with Auto-IQ

Some days I only want the bulk to be on the weight rack and not on my plate. With that said, juicing, souping, blending and smoothing are ways in which I confidently keep my belt on the same notch for all of my sun-up to sun-down, eat while commuting and too tired to cook days. I rely on my Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Compact System to create protein smoothies for the ride to work, to make comfort soups for the evenings (I don’t want a sink full of dirty pots & pans), and for those naughty days when frozen margaritas make a long day exhale. What throwing a bevy of key ingredients into my Nutri Ninja does is allow me to get the sustenance that I need without the bulk. There’s no bulk for my stomach to churn through and no tremendous bulk to let soak in the sink afterward. Liquefying the bulk without discarding the often overlooked nutrients lost in just juicing is key here. I turn my sides into delicious soups for dinner and make all those essential fruits and greens into smoothies for breakfast. Also, with Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Compact System feature, I can better control the consistency of my end product depending on if it needs to be chunkier, smoother, coarser or watery. Control may be the keyword here; control what you eat for better control over what you can wear.

Here are two easy recipes created with the Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Compact System to be inspired by. Try out and reap the benefits of a better fitting suit from:

Lean Green Ninja

Lean Green Ninja

1/2 small banana
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
1/2 cup kale leaves
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup ice
Place all ingredients into the 24-ounce Nutri Ninja in the order listed. Press Auto-IQ™ Blend.

Tomato Basil Soup

Tomato Basil Soup

1 can (14.5 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1tablespoon tomato paste
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place all ingredients into the 24-ounce Nutri Ninja in the order listed. Select START/STOP and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour soup into a medium saucepan and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

Without this amazing device and recipes, I can’t help but have the following thoughts. “Oh men, what has become of us?” Could it be that we’ve become just as vain as women? Yes. Is it also possible that we men have become quite bored with our dark suit for this and summer suit for that, brown shoe polish and spit-shine black all-purpose loafers? Most assuredly. Take comfort, however! It’s not such a bad thing at all. The years of trying to get men to loosen up and change, purchase more clothing, and try new things have well been upon us for quite some time now, and it’s pretty liberating. But as history will tell us, what’s liberating can also become quite conflicting.

Why the conflict? The men’s renaissance of the last ten years has made men take a long hard look at themselves. Enough for them to decide that change is essential, especially when staying the same for so long. This whole practice now seems as antiquated as padded doublets and ornamented codpieces. Time and society don’t stay the same and they appear to be moving quicker than ever before. While keeping updated has its angsts; if you’re going to choose to be in areas of forward social relevance; then staying updated could be the disparity factor between success and failure. So the conflict ushers in when in trying to update the padded doublets with weighted reps and protein shakes, a lot of men’s clothing seems to be shrinking too fast to adequately cover our codpieces. What’s a man to do when he wants to feel great about exercise and stamina but also look comfortable in a suit?

You may have thought that here’s is where I would lunge into a diatribe about where to buy fuller cut men’s clothing but, as I said, the modern man knows that tailoring is key to anything quality and off the rack nowadays. And maybe now he also knows how the Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Compact System can help keep his belt on the same notch, and the bulk safely far away.
